Someone who knows you have lots of cats, maybe your neighbor or someone else from other neighborhood, did that. It often happens to everyone else. As many people in my neighborhood know I often adopt stray little kittens, some of them start to leave motherless kittens in my front yard or around my house. They even left a rabbit once. It's always been like this for the last 18 years (from 2006).

Tarro is adorable; thank you for taking him in. In the US, we are advised by vets not to give kittens milk because they cannot digest it, only kitten formula. Perhaps the wet food by itself would be better than mixing it with milk.
