It is a japanese tradition. On Jan. 1st and 2nd almost all shops and even restaurants sometimes will put out lucky bags where you pay an X price for the bag in which you cannot see the items you get and you get like 2-3-4 times the price of the bag worth's in stuff in it. It's amazing

Some people swear in their own homes but not out of them. Not all people who swear, swear at people or swear to offend someone. It just makes sense if you have a family friendly channel not to swear. I swear when I'm being silly around friends who are my age, I swear sometimes when I'm in pain (which I am a lot), but I wouldn't swear in front of children or certain family members or strangers and I certainly wouldn't swear at people.
