to my understadning you dont always have to proc the exotic perk to get the extra slide, ae and handing. You only proc the split weapon speed the other ones are always active.

Bruh Luck pants made my Something New hand cannon have 100 handling. With the new ballistics mod, it has 91 range and 68 stability (elemental cap) Precision instrument is the icing on the cake lol

Lucky pants has been the only exotic i use in crucible and with the hand cannon nerf i have been jsing autos more since last sesson. I rewlly hope we go back to the lauch days of handcannon superiority i know some people are tired of it but i love hand canonns

I did damage test with ace the other day and there was no difference In head or body with the perk active or not.. am I missing something ?

I just don’t see the point in using them over stompees. The airborne effectiveness is obviously good but is it and the 5 seconds of accuracy really worth it over better movement while using all weapons, not just hand cannons?

yeah the 20 ae is worth easily. lucky pants + 2 ae helmet mods makes the exotic handcannons hit 71 ae which is equivalent to ground accuracy

I for real get why yall run this, I opted against running in favor of just keeping stompees on. BUT i will say the only reason that is, would be the fact that when im focused in on gaming. I dont like doing anything i have to "proc" I just want a solid movement exotic. Its the same reason i dont use kill clip, or anything like that on my guns. I just forget to proc it. xD

Im the same exact way. Ill still try to use kill clip etc but ill forget i even killed someone and dont reload for the boost and just continue fighting lol its a dumb habit for both of us because i know for a fact my game play would improve alot if i actually used my weapons the way the game wants me to 😂😂

So... they just turned Lucky Pants into Stompeez? They cracked down on it's PvE usefulness to make Stompeez for Hand Cannon PvP? Great. Warlocks can do 2,000,000 damage during damage phases with their Supers alone. Better cripple PvE Hunters and give PvP players more reasons to hate Prismatic Hunters.
