Lucky! SUPER FUN Otis high rise elevators - Westin Peachtree Plaza - Atlanta, GA

I got super lucky while filming this, because the upper floors are locked with a key card reader, but someone called the elevator to the 72nd floor while I was in the elevator. I guess they didn't feel like using the scenic express elevators (which yes, I also filmed). Also, notice how some weirdo on the 9th floor was listening to bad music without headphones on in public. I do have more footage of these elevators, which I might upload later. I will probably come back here sometime in 2022 as my mom has expressed interest in returning to Atlanta, but IDK if I'll have any luck filming these elevators again because this hotel "upgraded" the key card readers to only let you access your floor.
But anyways, these are legitimately some of the best elevators in Atlanta. These elevators fly at a whopping 1200 FPM. A bit slower than SunTrust Plaza's elevators, but still really fast.

Excellent round trip tour from the lobby to the top floor of the Westin Peachtree Plaza. The panoramic scenic elevators travel slower than the interior elevators.
