People shouldn't be used to that kind of behaviour. We can clearly see that the dog is stressed and it's form of defense is attacking. Small dog (especially chihuahuas) have the most chances to be agressive if not well trained or if their owner didn't take proper care (like for exemple not holding them when the dog doesn't trust you enough for that). You can look up the channel ''It me or the dog'' where a good trainer, Victoria Stilwell, trains dogs and gives good advices. This kind of behaviour SHOULDN'T BE CONSIDERED AS FUNNY/CUTE. It is bad for HUMANS who can get hurt (don't underastimate small teeth) AND for the DOG who are living under constant stress which ISN'T good for ANYONE, dogs, humans or any animals.

He was never stressed about being touched. I'm 63 and absolutely hated small dogs since "Frisky!" When I was a kid, our neighbor had Frisky. That was the meanest Chihuahua! 😂 When I walked down the road from the school bus, that little demon 😈 would hide in the bushes and when I walked by, it would charge out and nail me right in the Achilles tendon! They had several bushes and I couldn't figure out which one it was hiding in. Recently, we got out first small dog, a Mountain Feist. I was hesitant and she is my son's dog. That's the most adorable dog and I ❤her. I've always been a big dog person (Thanks, Frisky!) But I love my Fiesty Feist!
