Mas mura ang neck bone at marami din ang karne. That is what I use to cook nilaga. Pag bulalo naman, I save some sabaw to put in freezer for future sabaw kasi it is good for our building cartilage and collagen. Any bones, don’t throw, ilaga nyo lang to get the juice of it, good for our body. Ay, siyempre! Pag nilaga nyo, no TABA ok 👍. Huwag nyong Isama ang taba sa paglaga.

Ate gamit ka ng malaking pressure cooker para madaming sabaw at tipid sa apoy Kasi saglit lang Yan sa pressure cooker malambot na kahit baka pa Yan. Basta pagkapatay ng pressure cooker eh pasisingawin mo Muna may binubuksan sa TaaS para sumingaw Bago mo bubuksan palalabasin pressure.
