I live in Minnesota. Had no idea that you could call in a raccoon. I’ve actually never heard of anyone doing this. And you make it look easy

Yes sir, that's how we do it down here in South Alabama. We run coon dogs and we call them in with the foxpro caller. We also call in coyotes, red fox, grey fox, and bobcats with the foxpro electronic caller. We call them out of barns and den trees in the woods. It's a very effective method of calling coons. Sometimes we call a lot of coons out of one location.

The "juvenile in distress call" for its mother. I gather they cannot count so they think it is one of their kits, and they come to help. Blam! The boars are "deadbeat dads" so they aren't the ones who come.

In the late 90s early 2000s i use to predator hunt at night a lot with my johny stewart game call that took cassettes. That chicken in distress tape called in raccoons everytime

Ive had many coyote days like that. One weekend call in 8 in half a day, next weekend get 1 all day.

I do pretty good getting coyotes to come into raccoon sounds. Never have called a single raccoon
