How do you know vunerable damage is capped at 20% in pvp? (That's extremely low compared to crit strike damage) Is this confirmed by Blizzard? Also is damage reduction capped at 40% for each type or for all types? (40% for all damage reduction, 40% for close, 40% for burning enemies, etc?)

I've heard that this is the case after the barrier changes. I think it's a personal preference, if you are having issues taking down barriers then it's something to strongly consider.

@@LuckyLuciano6 pvp yes, it is end-gsme, but in D4 is bad designed and pvp areas are empty of players due to zero rewsrds. Lilith, maybe, but not really. NMs are farming not end-game, e.g. what you get if finish NM 100? and also no leaderboards....

Im at Lv97 now, and tried so many builds for rogue, shadow and ice, poison and trap, and no imbuiments with the barber at the moment. All of them following your vids, barber its a good choice to farming ND quickly, goona keep this build ultil i reach level 100. For me the best build is TB Poison Imbuiement/Trap. I keep coming back to poison/Trap build, swapped out Death trap for Concealment, i find it a faster game play. I will probably try Smoke grenade instead of Trap & swap Poison for Shadow, go from a 4 sec Barber to a 2 sec Barber for a change.

Followed this but made a few changes to make it my own. Dropped the bubble and escape artist. Added temerity and the healing from close enemies. Stacked healing received on the gear and now I never die. Also added attack speed after dodge for even more. Thanks for the video

When I asked about the ideal Barber roll I was asking for pvp so exploit glyph is not used on any of the boards. With pvp in mind what is the best barber roll if theres no exploit glyph being used. Barber isn't great for pvp it's mostly for farming the mobs in the pvp zone while you wait for fights. I recommend shorter barbers for this. If you want a pvp heart considered malignant pact

It's all based on player testing, no confirmation from blizzard which is the only way to solidify it as 100% fact

in regards to pvp, instead of condemnation and combo points, what are your thoughts with using Asheara’s Khanjar and Preperation? This gives you faster attack speed for regen plus your ultimate is up very quickly for more time unstoppable.

I hate the fact that barber is bugged and doesn't apply the correct number of damage reduction when exploding from damage done towards npc mobs and elites... Hitting a player with this explosion is often oneshotting, also a reason why so many players died in this video. Barber explosions, tbh any build on this planet can kill most players as long as barber is in use and mobs are there to be hit.. It's sad Blizzard isn't fixing this issue.. Great build and I tried it too, really fun but without any mobs around it just isnt "that" good tbh. Not bad, but not overwhelming good. Ty a lot for great content !

All builds can be tweaked for eternal. For barber builds just add in shadow imbue. Rogues have always had a pseudo-barber effect in shadow imbue

I just got the penitent greaves and swapped over to your barber build. This thing wrecks. Easily clearing dungeons 15 lvls higher than me. Gears still not optimal, but also found the greaves, fists of fate and both uniques daggers. Did you say you have an updated version of the barber to? Didnt see it but prob didnt look in right spot. Your builds are amazing, keep it up!

I can't farm my daggers,because i keep getting the same nm sigils over and over.i burnt all my ressources at the ocultist,but there's only like 8 dungeons in the pool.and i got 6(!) hakans necklace,all with only plus 1 imbuement (1-3).i think Blizzard did that with the sigils so u cant target farm.i did not find 1 bandit or cultist nm sigil and i'm lvl 67 in the season

Target farming uniques is a myth. Targeting specific mobs to get specific type of item only applies to magic/rare items, uniques are in an entirely different drop pool. I find Asheara's and Condemnation on a regular basis (at least once a week, but often multiple times a week) by doing completely random nmd. Even found Asheara again today, dropped from a Fallen Shaman. If you're not finding them, that's pure RNG (un)luck, nothing to do with which mobs you're killing. Instead of spending your time crafting, salvaging, picking and choosing sigils all the time, just run as many dungeons as you can. The more mobs you kill, the higher chance of finding it.

Would damage % be as good as dex %?

I was actually wondering.. given perfect stats, how low in Item Power are you willing to go until it's not worth the armor reduction? Or for weapons.. hard for me to tell whether perfect stats > big drop in Item power/dps? Been just looking at higher IP gear since it's exhausting looking at everything, but maybe i should be looking at everything lol

@tenso8162 I usually look at all ancestral armor pieces. I only care about item power on primary weapons

So you said Vuln damage is capped at the base, so we don't want any. At this point is it better to just grab a regular bow then for the off-chance of twisting blades return attack being considered "distant"? Also are you sure Exploit does not work? Later in the video you talk about your Damage to Healthy targets in paragon being a great boon. Did you actually test this particular talent? Would love to see your testing comprised in a video just so I can verify everything you're saying!

Yes bow works just as well, I had crossbows on hand. Sources for pvp are in the video description

@@LuckyLuciano6 Appreciate the reply, but I'm moreso inquiring about the pvp mechanic soft caps themselves. Did you go out in fields and test this yourself? Like vuln being capped at 20, CHD capped at 200~, etc. I'd be interested in seeing a video of the testing being done so we can get as in-depth as possible w/ the PvP mechanics, as I see that being the only enjoyable end-game and the more we know the more there will be a scene. Or if you have a source for the mechanics, I'd love a link! With that being said, assuming all soft caps you said are correct. Would Dark Shroud be redundant if we already had 40% Damage Reduction, or would it perhaps stack in a different way? Or, for example, the heart that 'suppresses' 20% damage, does that allow us past the 40% soft cap?

Lucky, so this build is more focused on the PvP? My worry is when the Season ends, without Hearts... We gonna create another char for other seasons, but i want to play with rogue in eternal realm. I'm not sure which build to choose.

I have yet to find an opponent that gave me any sort of challenge with this build. Maybe on my next stream I can try to gather a more minmaxed group of pvpers
