When to Hire a Property Manager for your Real Estate Investments

I have spent the last decade of my life immersing myself in the real estate industry as a real broker and now, as a real estate consultant. And when it comes to investing in real estate- one thing is clear: It has pros and cons.
The pros being - property appreciation, potential for generating rental income and portfolio diversification. Meaning you can spread out your investments to minimize risk and enhance returns. One con being - real estate needs to be managed. Especially if you own multiple house and lots or condos. Now this wont be an issue if you had the time and resources to manage the properties you own. The challenge now is what if you are an OFW, you’re based in another country and you’ve bought several condos or houses in the Philippines - Who will manage them for you?
Or even if you’re based in the Philippines -you have a full time job or business to run, do you really have the time and resources needed to manage your properties? Even if its just one house-it still needs to be managed and taken cared of. Otherwise, it will fall into disrepair. And this can be stressful and time-consuming.
