3D printers print in a single blank color, you'll have to paint the figure yourself.

3D printers print with the filament you choose to print with. If you bring grey PLA (think plastic) it'll print the model in grey plastic. You'll have to paint it from then on (use a spray primer, in a well ventilated area, then paint as normal. For lucoa I would suggest a white or light grey for the spray primer. Some fancier printers use dual or multi-extruders where they can print with 2 colors or multiple by switching filaments mid-print but those are expensive and not always as reliable. :)
