Dichotomies can be unfortunate semantic traps. One thing or idea intrinsically creates its own opposite, subito. You come up with one thing, the other side comes up consequently. But also on meta-level: objective / subjective, Constructivism / Realism, ... I can show this metaphorically, using modern technology. I can frame the World like this. I act as if I look at the World from outside, through a window. But suddenly it becomes clear that I am _in_ this world. I am pointing towards myself. Changing this position, can change the relationship to anything radically.

The human being does assume both positions. Being inside this world, and looking at matters from a sought outside perspective, that is at least being constructed, in case it is not found. You cannot decide generally, which is the position. You have to act according to the situation.
