Lucretio's Advanced ROB Technique - Z-Drop Loops

Here is the latest addition expansion to the ROB New Meta combo game, Z-Drop Loops! By simply utilising a Gyro Nair catch which is fast-falled to prevent the Nair hitbox coming out, a whole plethora of combo extensions are made feasible!
I hope everyone spreads this around so that we can all continue to explore the depths of the New Meta!

Just learned the original zero to death because of this. Won’t tackle this tech yet though because I am working on learning bagdashing as a potential tech for my falcon. We still have the worst back dash but our burst/punish range is one of if not the best so it’s fine. Might lab if a variation of this could be used with nair or maybe back air since nair has the same amount of landing lag and our short hop fast fall is a few frames faster. Might try to find punishes for the matchup but I am considering rob as a comain since I already have my tech and punishes memorized with Falcon. Great video and great labbing from these two.

3:40 I’m 98% certain that these null frames can be cancelled if you input Nair with A+B, if you have A+B Smash turned on. Maybe it might help in making landing these loops easier?

I tested it and A+B does get rid of the null frames. I use A+B smash on and haven't tested it with A+B smash off. Thanks for the tip! Edit: wait no, upon further testing it looks like that only works if you do a normal z-drop nair. If you hit the opponent with the z drop, then for some reason inputting A+B together makes no difference
