Absolutely! I am definitely aware of the optics of workplace romances, and I think the writers set this up well to be not be problematic-in my opinion. I was really glad when he was no longer her T.O. because they have more of a general colleague relationship now. It doesn't feel like a manager/direct report relationship anymore; there isn't that power imbalance there. She's carving her own career path.

Bless Lucy Literally Running to be by Tim’s Side. It’s So Sweet and Beautiful that she did thou. Lucy was upset that she was kept in the dark about Tim’s Surgery. But Tim knew she wouldn’t be able to concentrate and take over from Smitty if she knew about Tim’s Surgery. The Smile at the end from Tim when she said I’m keeping You company. That meant the world to him. ❤❤
