Hello Brad, I am so pleased that you found Lucy & her sister Martha, they are are so special to many of us, Lucy voice I have never heard a voice like her's she has a voice to die for, and Martha who is 4 years younger yet when they sing together they create an amazing sound. Lucy has so much ability in all genre's she sings covers from Barbara Streisland, like "The Way We Were" and "Evergreen" she sings songs from Whitney and Celine Dion, she can also sing blues Eta James " At Last " and you must see Lucy & Martha plus her mom Lousie sing a great Nat King Cole classic " Smile" this is just pure magic. Brad I know " You Raise Me Up " got to your heart strings but this is what happens to all of us when we hear the Thomas Sister's. Keep well Barbara.

Wait until you hear the growth on Martha's voice (now 14) in their latest duet, "Mary Did You Know?" To think they won't hit full vocal maturity for at least 10 years or so, I believe international stardom awaits.

IMHO, the Prayer they do, is the best recorded duet ever, bar none. It would also be nice for you to do Lucy's Moon River when she was 13 and Memory when 15, just so you can appreciate more the pure raw talent this girl had. Helps you to understand why she has become what she has become. She was snapped up immediately when 13 and once you see it, you'll understand why more.

Thanks for that heartfelt reaction to this song. I would suggest All By Myself for the next Lucy single, and The Prayer as the next duet. But so many to choose from.

These girls!!!!!!,😃,they do move you!,as does Lucy in her solo work!,check out 'A whiter shade of pale',gives me the shivers even after hearing it so many times!,as for another from Lucy&Martha there latest released duet 'Mary did you know',another stunner!,even though I don't have a deep faith it still mover me!.

FYI Martha here was 11 years old !!!! And she was sitting on a stool to get up to lucys heights, Lucy was 16 years old here and standing. You have just heard the best female singer out there in Lucy and Martha is right behind her by 5 years and 8 months. STUNNING performance. Strong guy. I couldn’t hold it in the first time I heard this. 😭 Such an incredible and powerful performance from 2 young girls. Here Lucy 16 and sister Martha only 11 years old. Yet the power to make tough grown men cry without reason. What a great song! 🤗 If you want more great harmonies then there are several more Lucy and Martha spectaculars. 'The Prayer' is outstanding and award deserving. If you prefer a Lucy solo then check out 'All By Myself' and 'Somewhere'.
