So glad KZbin threw this into my feed. Fabulous arrangements and the perfect foil for Lucy's awesome voice.

Beautiful arrangements! Mr McNeely is brilliant at what he does, this is the second concert I watch and him being a conductor 👏🏾🔥

Wow. That additional engineering is really great. It supports the clarity of the musical intentions of the arranger and the musicians. For sure, the changes are audible! Here I pick three favorite examples to compare before and after „mastering“: A) Lucy Woodward's intense phrasing in „You might think“ now jumps out into your face. Before: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJC5gmSPdtZ5hqM After: 32:00 B) Martin Scales' solo in „Spoonful“ is now perfectly centered and connected with the rest of the band: Before: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJC5gmSPdtZ5hqM After: 27:02 C) Hans Glawischnig’s double bass and the bass clarinet now march balanced together. And the bass flute of Rainer Heute is more intense, too. Before: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJC5gmSPdtZ5hqM After: 54:29 Keep it goin'.
