Congrats on the PB! You mentioned the Adidas Adizero Prime X 2 not being carbon plated, but it’s actually got 2 carbon plates in it. It’s also got a crazy 50mm heel (not race legal for elites) which is why the shoe is so heavy. Very propulsive and good for cruising along if anyone is curious

When my hip starts hurting me and I get tight I take epsom salt and baking soda baths and they really help detox the toxins from your body and soothe your muscles and joints 💕💕 Sending love from Hollywood and rooting for you always! xo

I'm new to all of this, so I'm really curious about something. Given Lucy's age, her max HR should be between 193-194, and I see that during her 10K PB attempt (which is a high intensity effort), her heart rate went up to 170 max. Does this mean that she is very well-trained and fit, and her heart can beat slower at higher intensities? tnx

I know you’ve said before you don’t like eating before runs but if you are struggling to maintain weight it might be helpful to eat something first thing just to give you an extra window of eating. Not necessarily for the optimal nutrient timing, but more just meaning you don’t have to have huge meals?
