Mia Larby I’ve got a coat that I bought from primark at about that time too. It’s a little worn now but still looks pretty good. However, when I bought a coat from primark last year it looked a mess (pilled in some places and worn out in others) after about a month and a half. I was actually embarrassed to wear it it was that bad. Makes me think the quality has gone down.

I really do love the candles from Primark, in my opinion the smell really stays even after relighting them but they might not cover a big room with the smell. Tho they don't burn equally which sometimes can end up in your candle not lighting up again while there's a lot left on the sides.

If you put white vinegar on your top where ever you need to it gets rid of smells, works really well on men's white shirts too , stops discoloration and smells, in fact get yourself a book about vinegar as it's amazing , brightens colours , softens towels ,cleans loads of things ,trust me you won't be disappointed x

I actually have a different opinion on the thin sweaters and pajamas, I love them! Mine look just as good after a wash, and they seem to last a while as well 🤔 I agree on the majority of the rest, specially Primark underwear, they are amazing !

I always buy those long sleeve tops to wear as a thermal type under my work polos ,I like them because if you roll your sleeves up they still seem to hold their shape which I like for £2.50 haha

I worked in Primark for two years and still shop there a lot and can completely agree with this, adult clothing can definitely be problematic but the homeware and children’s wear is amazing. I bought a duvet set in there years ago for a tenner and it washes super well, would definitely recommend

I love primark but I'm all about m&s for PJs and bras. They're a bit pricey but I don't think the prices don't break the bank iykim. The jumpers from primark don't last me at all either

I've started buying my toddler clothes from m&s now he's not growing so fast, so much more expensive but so worth it! Washes well and doesn't go bobbly loose their shape. Completely agree with you 🤗

@@parissummer2182 yes! Definitely worth it especially if you plan to more than one child. I have two boys and spend more on my eldest clothes so they can be passed down to the younger one. Whereas I only have one girl and I'm not so quick to spend much on her clothes as I don't have anyone to pass them to. I don't want to spend loads just give them to the charity shop a few months later. M&S is such excellent quality for women's clothes too. Everything I have has lasted years. Their leggings and tights are great quality too 😊 I don't find too many younger m&s fans anymore 🤣

I like the diffusers. But, like with all diffusers, you're supposed to turn the wooden sticks when you can't smell the scent anymore. I used mine until all liquid was evaporated.

I would also recommend Primarks panties because they are good value for money, heads up on the size though because depending on the model and the material it can look really weird 😂😘

Do be careful tho - seen too many warnings about pound shop chargers catching fire ! I got mine from Amazon - an Amazon branded one. It was a little dearer, but I do feel much safer leaving it charging overnight x

Roisin Kennedy Gill that’s a shame, I’ve been using it for my iPhone XS Max and it’s absolutely fine. You’ve got to expect the battery to become worse over time anyway so it’s probably the age of the phone rather than the charger.

That pink throw is amazing! Totlly agree with you on those cheap tops about the smell. I think it's because they usually contain a lot of polyester rather than cotton-makes you sweat much more or at least it does me. For t shirt type tops I definitely prefer to pay a bit more and get cotton. I also agree with you on the pyjamas-often don't last long, go bobbly and get holes in. I really like Asda PJs for reasonably priced ones, they wash and last well and they tend to have cute Disney ones etc x

I used to spend over a hundred pounds in Primark every month without fail and now I completely stopped going there. Their garments are so poorly made, they fall apart after being worn a few times. And we're not even talking about discoloration and shrinking in the wash...etc, etc. A total waste of money. If you're on a budget, add a couple more quid and get a much better item from H&m. 99% of Primark stuff are disposable unfortunately. Perhaps it's good for fast fashion and it is inexpensive. However, if you go there often and spend a lot of money then it's not worth it because most things you purchase from there will end up in the bin very quickly. Just my opinion. A genuine one though!

I have a story about primark water bottles. So I bought this huge one and it actually made me drink a lot more water. So on this day my school bag was apparently reallyyyyy heavy so I dropped it when I got into maths and the whole bottom of the bottle smashes off and it was full and 2nd period. It was an actual nightmare and I am never buying a water bottle from primark again

I dont burn Primark candles either. Well, I did with a few and your friend is right. It doesn’t really smell alot. When I burned the candle down I use the container for storing brushes, makeup etc.

I've heard that if you sweat on your t-shirt and it smells to put it in the freezer over night and it kills the bacteria and gets rid of the smell. Ovo still clean it after x

If you see it up close you might change your mind. It looks very pretty from a distance / on camera but in reality it just looks really cheap. I don't want to put you off buying it but it screams " I can't afford better quality so I got a cheap imitation". But by all means, get it if you're happy with how it looks. x

If you can’t get rid of body odour try rubbing bio/non-bio (whatever you use) on it first before washing and the just wash as normal, my mum does this to my teenage brothers t-shirts! xxx

Hi Lucy. Love your videos. I can highly recommend the jogging bottoms. I bought them together with the matching hoodies and sweatshirts for my daughter for college last winter. They wash well, hold their shape, don't need ironing and still look new. The defusers are good too. She uses them in her room at uni.

Pink hat looks very nice. I got one in black and pink shimmer checked design. And bras from there are real great and wash very well with some beautiful designs and they got super pj's now too. Love the video 👍

For the tights - they have different colours on them depending on the thickness - the pair you showed are quite low down so are supposed to be that thin

I have tried the primark £5 jogging bottoms and they are great until you put them in the wash, they start to bobbly up. Pretty much like the primark sweaters however I still wear them around the house :)

Primark candles are really nice as a decrotive item but I agree with Claire there smell disapears rather quickly and is nowhere near as strong smelling as Yankee or bath and body works candles; but they are ovbiously a cheaper fix if thats what you want. :)

With the stensals ur supposed to put them on ur eyebrows colour it in with black eyeliner then pluc or wax of the hairs that aren’t coloured in. I tried the primary ones would recomend

The diffusers actually do work. I was abit sceptical about them aswell so I thought I would try one as it was only £1. I got the pink lemonade and it works wonders! I use to buy my diffusers from body shop but they’ve stopped doing them

The Poundland phone cables that have the weaved fabric round tend to last well. Also I pick up cotton pads and cotton buds in the baby section as they are way cheaper than the beauty aisle in supermarkets

I always get the long sleeved tops from primark, as I have noticed some of them are different materials, the grey one in your video I agree are definitely not worth it, they also bubble out abit after washing, however they also do a more thicker smooth material type long sleeve with I would 100% recommend

I agree with the aesthetics of Primark candles however the fragrance is not as concentrated as the scent leads you to believe. I also think the selection of scents is quite poor but what can you expect when you're paying £3 I guess! P.S I love that pink hat!!

Cheap candles only have scented wax in the top inch the rest is just scentless that's why after awhile you can't smell it

No. Absolutely not. Mine smell all the way to the bottom. Remeber you get used to the smell after a while. Just go outside for a walk and when you come back in you'll be amazed by the scent. That's how noses work.

The grey hat with the bow looks lovely on you Lucy. Primark are great for some basic things I really, like their bedding, hair clips bedsocks & homeware is really affordable. But the small £1.50 diffuser is rubbish, I've bought two in the past, but unless they are situated in a small space (I used them in my toilet which is only small) you get no lasting smell. X

I use Primark candles alot...and I do get used to the smell become I'm candle obsessed...but! When people walk in they do say "oh it smells nice in here what is that?" So I burn them anyway as I love the cost feel of candles and its natural to get used to the smell you burn...

I love the men's joggers for wearing around the house there so comfy 😍 and men's hoodies lol... haven't tried their big candles but I've used the tealight candles and they smell lovely for a long time ... I love PMs home stuff I've got the Jersey bedding set there like a jogging bottom material and it really comfy snuggled up in your bed ... love that throw that's going straight in my basket!

The skinny brow pencil was seriously the WORST for me. I got it in light brown. It was literally orange, broke so easily and was so dry. The spooly was great though and I’m still using that one but the pencil gave me a really bad experience sadly :(
