We took the shot of Charles bridge around 5-6am in the morning when there were very few people and traffic, not to mention anything in the sky. Nevertheless, drones can be very dangerous. You need to practice a lot in open fields before you actually fly over people and places. In the end it's all about maintaining eye sight and assessing the situation. Anything can happen so always fly conservatively and responsibly. However, I don't agree with putting too much restrictions as it can stifle creativity, productivity (economic growth from tourism). 15 minutes battery run out quickly, there is no way to stop everyone from doing this in time. If I were the government I would put more resources on educating the crowd of the proper way to do things.

There are numbers on the screen, normally 1234, in the bottom right hand corner.

Video nádherné. Doporučuji ale hodně rychle smazat, v ČR je létání nad lidmi, komunikacemi (cestami) atd. zakázáno. Bohužel, jsou za to až 5 mil. pokuty. Reguluje to UCL a doplněk X.

Nikoliv. Nesmí se létat pouze v blízkosti letišť a jiných objektů, sloužících bezpečnosti státu - tudíž například nad Hradem se teoreticky nesmí, ale nad Malou Stranou ano. Dále je možno s dronem natáčet úplně bez problémů pro osobní potřebu, ale až v případě komerčního využití je třeba kontaktovat úřad pro civilní letectví a zažádat o povolení. Obecně se stačí řídit selským rozumem, tj. je třeba umět dron dobře ovládat tak, abych jím nikoho neohrozil ani neomezil.

Ale jak to je při přeletu nad soukromým pozemkem? Někde jsem slyšel, že to lze jen se souhlasem majitele. Ale jak je to doopravdy jsem nestudoval.

Nad lidmi se létat nesmí ať je to kdekoliv.

+Lucy Liu That might be correct, but you know how these things go: It only takes a few accidents to attract an overreaction of regulators. Also, most of the Prague and nearby areas is actually CTR (Controlled Traffic Region, aka Class D airspace) which theoretically requires ATC clearance for everything that flies in it.
