Beautiful cards. I too live in Australia and wanted to find this product that card makers talked about, Press and Seal. I found it one day while shopping with my husband at Costco. 🎉 My family keep taking it out of my craft room for the kitchen. I keep telling them it doesn’t belong in the kitchen 😂😂

I love the little touch of Ozz in the cards its something you only get in Australia. just like your cards the animals associated with Australia are all unique to your part of the world. I love these cards Lucy they turned out so beautiful even the one you didn't go much on.. Sometimes what can seem off to you will fit just nicely to someone else. Happy accidents i think you call them. I have only been watching you for such a short time and i am inspired with every video i watch. Finding the time to do it when you are running a farm however is another thing entirely, now i am nursing a baby sparrow to boot it takes a lot of time off my hands feeding all the critters here. but i love it and i have waited my whole life for this. Keep up the great designing i love watching your channel. I hope you are doing well and staying healthy. I haven't had the flu or a cold in years even Covid didn't stay long either which is great. I take 2 chewable vitamin C and 2 Echinacea every day and i have been doing that now for 5 years and i feel great. Getting a cold or flu sucks and getting back to normal is harder as you get older unfortunately. Stay well my Ozzy friend i love your cards in this video God bless.

What a refreshing and thoroughly enjoyable video, thank you. First time watching your work and am blown away by how many hints, tips and ideas you manage to impart in such a relaxed style. Sadly these old arthritic hands and waning eye sight restrict the amount of cutting I can do these days so fussy cutting and decoupage is no longer an option. Oh my, these cards are gorgeous. This is my 1st video watching you beside the temu haul. I learned so much from this one video. Using inks in the background, bending the petals and leaves for a 3 dimensional look. You've opened up a whole new world for me. I thought the technique with die cutting the patterned paper a great idea I even liked it when only some pieces were adhered. Got a chuckle at your ”goof" because it reminded me of my attempt at using this technique with glitter…I think I gave up after that one.

I think ‘unforgettable’ is a beautiful idea for a sympathy or instead maybe call it a ‘remembrance’ card! The six cards are all stunning! I think the ones with the pattern paper are my favorite! Love the last card you made. Such a simple but effective technique. I would love to see Aussie season cards, like autumn in Australia. I always feel we miss out because most supplies are from America and we get flooded with cards based on their seasons. Can’t wait to see what you do next.

I’ve seen the product on Amazon but trying to decide if it’s it worth having or not. Also, do you dampen the distress oxide before using? Hi Elaine and thank you for your sweet comments! Oh yes, I haven't used Press & Seal before but I believe it would help keep all the paper pieces in place so you don't have to worry about the pieces being mixed up when popping them all down on the table. I think this is how it works from what I've seen on a video years ago. I would love to try it too, maybe I'll buy some off Amazon eventually hehe. And, no I don't dampen the distress oxide before using it unless I want to create splatters with it. I've tried watercolouring with it but I haven't had much success with it. So I mostly use my distress oxide inks for blending backgrounds occasionally, splatters and mostly using it for inking around paper edges. I hope all this information helps. Have a fantastic day XOX

@@collettemontag1009 I've checked out the postage and if I'm allowed to send them as letter post it's a lot cheaper than parcel, but sometimes our posties are a bit particular on letter post actually being "paper". Letter post I can fit 4 packs for $5.50 US (total price, includes items and postage). Or if you wanted more or to share some with friends, I can fit 30 packs in the next size up for $27 US total. If you're interested, we'll try to send it and you won't need to pay unless I'm successful posting it. I will probably check I can send letter post anyway as I may do a couple of videos using them and trying to sell some as hubby keeps telling me to move the stock hehe! We can do the money transfer through PayPal if that suits. XOX
