Yay for book news!!! I'm glad it's gone over even better than expected. I'm so glad Waterstones does international shipping. Amazon wasn't being user friendly at all! As for Flo, dogs do that too. My girls won't eat certain things, or they'll eat it for a while and then decide they don't want it anymore. They're picky, and their stomachs are even more picky. I loved seeing the process you used. It definitely didn't hurt. As for juggling all of this (crazy woman! :D) I'll take whatever content you have time for or are willing to film. Just make sure you're making time for yourself. Thanks so much for the new video too! It makes work way less tedious. Have a great day!

Hi Lucy! I am a skin specialist in Australia! Basically I work for the Aussie version of Sephora. It's so good to hear that you want to invest in skincare! its so much fun! and you will thank yourself in 10 years for it. I would honestly say that in order to balance out your skin you just need the right cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen! There are so many great videos online to look at! Maybe even look into a bit of retinol and double cleansing at night time. Exfoliating with AHA's and BHA's are also great to maintain skin health

I unfortunately watched One Day ( the series) on netflix first and was really not taken with it. I am determined to like it so have bought the book! liking it so much more already. I'd say cicaplast is more of a treatment than daily moisturiser, so as your skin improves you may want to try another moisturiser as cicaplast *could* be a bit too occlusive for daily use. I also have dehydrated skin and I really like Aveeno Oat Balm and Inkey List Peptide Moisturiser :)

Book news is so exciting!! If you haven’t yet, you have to read VenCo by Cherie DiMaline! Witchy, spooky adventure novel that takes place around Toronto and New England/Salem area. Very fun!!

OH! If you haven't read it yet, you should also read Alice Hoffman's prequel to Practical Magic, Rules of Magic. I just finished it, and it was so lovely and heartwrenching. There's a tone of melancholy throughout, but it is just so beautiful. Highly recommend!! Actually, I've loved everything I've read by her - Turtle Moon, Illumination Night, and The River King are some others. (Also, a lot of her writing is set in New England.)

Dehydrated skin isn't the same as dry. Moisture is oil, hydration is water. Piling a lot of moisturing products on dehydrated skin won't make it less dehydrated

To be fair, you don't need to take supplements unless you're actually low on something and the doctor tells you to supplement. If you don't need anything, the body mostly just expels it so it'll just be very expensive pee. ALSO I hated One Day when I read it back in the day because I felt so BETRAYED. I can't watch the show. I refuse lmao
