I want more of this! Having multiple people playing is cool but 15 is mad. It was intriguing to see how all the players interacted and grew their nations. It would be great to see more of these videos. Would be fun to see someone play as GB and also see if increasing the infamy limit would make for a more chaotic game.

A good Format for a video like that is to be the narrator, characterize all the players, and keep track of actions and goals as the game progresses (like those Minecraft civilization videos). That gives a larger exposure to all that is happening in the game and makes it easier to understand.
