Platinum 92 - Days Gone | The Road to Platinum 100

On my quest to reach 100 Platinum Trophies I've decided to document the last trophy in every game on my Road to Platinum 100. For platinum 92 the honour goes to Days Gone where I need to clear out some hordes in order to unlock all the skill points.

This is one of the best platinums I've ever gotten. I first played this game through ps plus then i bought it for my self. It ended being a lot better then i thought. It's a shame its not getting a sequel. Because It really deserves one.

Haha I did the exact same thing as you when I hit l level 45. Even drove to the top of a high mountain in an attempt to get a cool screenshot. So I just sat there waiting for the platinum to pop and was like "What the hell is going on!?" Then realised I had to play more haha. Got it in the end though. Good luck, 100 platinums takes its time. I hit platinum 100 on Christmas Eve last year with the game Gravity Rush 2 (underated). Took just under 10 years.... A very sad but cool achievement.

Hey Lucy, do you ever go for 100% on a game or is the platinum enough? I used to not really care about DLC trophies but then I got a couple of 100%'s and now I'm like 'Damn. Could I justify all those extra grindy hours for a couple of Bronze trophies...?' Edit: I'd forgotten how annoying it is when you've killed 99% of a horde and then have to spend about 20 minutes looking for the straggler that got caught on a rock somewhere

Kerosene - is pronounced like 'care-o-seen' :) You want big hordes - try Lobert Draw is about 400 (Crater Lake), Berley Lake, is 3-400 too. Almost all of the hordes in the first area (Cascades) are under 100. Grotto Caves is probably the largest in that area.

I’m currently working on my 111 trophy, borderlands game of the year edition for Ps4, amazing game but its getting freaking tidious to get the 4 different kill counts for the characters abilities, this was a good distraction, now I only need 1 trophy for the plat get to level 50, which is also freaking irritating. Loved days gone amazing game, all of the bugs I have heard about I never experienced them, have you?, but the most irritating part about this game is that the motorbike use more gasoline than a American muscle car, its insane how often that bike ran out of gas, other than that loved everything the game had to offer, still need to do the dlc/added trophies, but honestly I sont know if i’m going back to this game, as good as it was, I think it was for me a one and done experience, and the hordes oh god the hordes, biggest mistake I did was going after hordes before the game said to go after them, but I had amazing weapons early on though ao it was so worth it. Isn’t it funny, when I need to grind for levels or items, I always turn to your videos, Well since they are amazing, and its nice to hear them when grinding for irritating things like you have 2% chance of getting the time you need, now happy hunting, and the monster that drop them is a 1% spawn so good luck :)

The last trophy I left for Days Gone involved using the different crossbow bolts. My platinum screen shot is a horde closing down on Deacon. Seconds after the screenshot was taken I shot a swarmer point blank with an explosive bolt and sent deacon flying into the sky... he did not have a pretty end

From games this year Concrete Genie seems very simple as does Control. Other than that Telltale games, Horizon Zero Dawn, Spiderman, the Uncharted games are pretty easy if you are good at them. Crushing isn't too bad. Good luck!

Why "Mr. Fahrenheit"? Because the names of the rest of the skill trophies are: "Don't Stop Me Now" 1 skill, "I'm Out of Control" 15 skills and "There's No Stopping Me" for 30 skills. Someone on the trophy naming team must be a fan of Queen and Shaun of the Dead. Congrats on the Plat! Fun game and I also care not for the DLC. Hate challenge trophies. :) (working on 100%ing the online trophies for DOOM. In for the long grind.)
