Ludogorets - a trip to Bulgaria's football fairy tale (Part I) 🇧🇬 | CC

After two years of pandemic and closed borders I am back to Eastern Europe for a favorite football trip. Quite unusual one I can say, to a small town of only 30 000 inhabitants! It is in Bulgaria and is called Razgrad. It is situated just two hours away from Golden Sands and three hours from Sunny Beach. By 2009 its team was dwelling in the lower divisions of a mediocre league. In 2014 it was not only a three times champion of the country but even playing alongside Liverpool, Real Madrid and Basel in the groups of the UEFA Champions League. Later they played even against Arsenal and Tottenham in the groups of the UEFA Europa League. In 2022 this unique club has already been champion 11 consecutive times and again on its way to the Champions League or the Europa League group stage.
Come with me on a journey to this exotic football destination. Can I make it to the town at all? What are the locals saying an will I ever manage to find a hotel for the night? Where is the region of Ludogorie located and how history has shaped the people of this region. Why Levski Sofia and CSKA Sofia fans and fan-boy journalists hate this team so much? Всякакви промити се опитват да омаловажат титлите на този отбор, но истината е , че каквито и ситуаци да споменавате Лудогорец беше 10 класи над всички отбори до преди година, две! Аз съм от Левски, но признавам, че Лудогорец бяха най силния отбор в България през последното десетилетие във всеки аспект- организация, финанси, условия за развитие, трансфери.......! Повечето от греховете в които промитите обвиняват отбора, бяха присъщи на техните отбори в големи периоди от време! Ако не беше Лудогорец с техния пример как се прави в нормалните първенства, още щяхме да се чудим дали ще паднем от Мури и тем подобни вафли, трактористи.....!

Всякакви промити си мислят че имат титли. Как може да си броиш купените титли. Всеки сезон получават бонус съдии от 18до30т на сезон и вземат на конкурентите им. Най високото класиране на фирмата от 2011та е 5то място.

What change has Ludogorets brought up to the Bulgarian Football? There is a lot of evidence on the way the win the league.. buy that referee, bribe that team etc. I remember one of the most insane situations when Moti kicked a CSKA player in the abdomen and one of Tekpetey hitting Bilal Bari from Levski with a punch in the liver. No foul, no VAR for the second one. There are matches where the defence is non existent and the team from Razgrad doesn’t even try… Not gonna talk about BFU and the RC

Well it is the most hated club in Bulgaria. In europe i dont think so. I personaly hate ludogorec because its a fake team a "project" team. A lot of money dumped in a small city club. Mostly supported from people who know nothing about football, kids and elderly people. Ive seen so many people that have never watched a footbal game before become ludogorec fans and start talking facts and bullshit about how its the best team in BG. So if anyone is considering coming to Bulgaria to see ludogorec. Dont do it its not worth it. :)

A shit club which uses all the resources to win. Referrees, BFU, sponsoring other teams to play strong against the runner-up team. Everything is happening out of the pitch, so they can become champions.

A great club that totally changed Bulgarian football, where party secretaries, shady club-presidents or mafia decided who would be the champion. A great club that invests in players and facilities and is at least 10 years ahead of the rest. Nothing happens out of the pitch because with the players and the quality they have, they are easily champions of the country anyway. Ludogorets is even giving away the national cup almost every year in order to make fans like this one happy once in a while, because there isn't too much other important trophies left.
