I am tired of high brow people dissing Ludivico. He is classically trained and started off in classical.. He chose Minimalism. Even though it is a technically simple style. He is perfectly capable of the technically complex Classical pieces. Minimalism's power Its is in emotiveness. Minimalism is a legitimate modern style.

I was listening to this music when I saw a blind woman and her dog in the subway. I used to come across this woman often around the same time because I worked in her neighborhood. It had been 3 or 4 years since I had last seen her. She has aged. So has her guide dog, in his last years of service. This music brought the perfect emotion as I watched them go out of my sight: Life is fragile. Life goes by fast. Appreciate it. Then we are gone. So smile.

27 years I have lived in stressful situations. After my hearttransplant I have been searching for solething that makes me relax and in harmony within. A year ago a new world started to develop since I started to learn piano, a few days later heaven opened itself and introduced me to this music. Since then I use this music to think, visualize etc. No other music brings me to that deep level. Two weeks ago 19/11 in Paris was breathtaking! Grazzi mille 🙌

Ever polished a piece of glass? There's a limit to which it can be polished... then it breaks. This rendition of "Four Dimensions" is, similarly, as far as a piece of music can be elevated, refined, polished. There's music, there's art... and then there are such rare, magical, god- blessed renditions.

i have trouble processing grief. it feels foreign to me, like a wayward breath of wind brushing against my fingertips. it's barely there but exists anyway. I want to believe im a person capable of holding love, and carrying it with me. Able to hold memorable relationships with people even if they dont last long. And i have seen through countless loss, of family, of beloved pets, friends -and yet grief is that unknown face in a dream to me. I have been taught by life and my home to understand and accept, and so when something as tragic as a loss happens, I look it in the eye and nod, almost as if to say, I know, this too shall pass. But...This song, has opened flood gates, and I realize I have stubbornly brushed aside the necessary need to feel through the loss and to give in to grief. Thank you. I feel so light, like a huge burden has been lifted from my shoulders and even if I still dont feel like im all that alive inside, i have come to share a seat with grief on the table and share the same meal.

Jerry Zinhagel : Its quite simple Jerry. Keep playing the same chords. He omits Em at this time. Try to figure out the notes by your ear. He plays a progression; first starting from C6 to C5 and then D6 to C5 skipping D5 here. Chords are same: Am, Fmaj7, Gsus4. The way he plays these chords is: Am: ACECE Fmaj7: FCECE GSus4: GCDCD
