This is my favorite Einaudi piece...so far! I love playing it for my friends, but they cannot seem to hang on to the end...I guess you have to love this kind of music to listen for that long!

Such wonderful music to wake up to this early Sunday morning! I like that it is a long piece, gives me more time to soak it up entirely. Someone else post talked about your moving hands. Yes, watching your hands play and move over the keyboard is part of your personality and how you play, of course done expertly. This video truly relaxed me. Each time you play another piece, I get more interested in learning to play something of Einaudi--will try one of these days. Have a wonderful week!

I am playing on a Yamaha clavinova clp370. It's a few years old now and they don't sell this particular model anymore, but improved successors. Just look for the new clavinova series. Good luck :)

Your rendition does great justice to the original. The parts I struggle with the most are the sections where there are eighth notes in the left hand and eighth-note triplets in the right hand (i.e. more than half the song haha). Any tips for playing these different "feels" in each hand together?

Count out loud 1-and-2-and-3 as you play. On each 1/2/3 you play a note on the right hand. On each 1 and on the 'and' between 2 and 3 you play a note on the left hand. So on each 1 you have perfect matching notes. Good luck!
