One of the best things about this scene is that it gets more and more satisfying the further you progress in the story and properly understand the full extent of the atrocities committed by the Celestial Dragons and World Government. What they did to Boa and her sisters, how they treat the prisoners of Impel Down and the attempted murder of a 10yo Sabo for no reason. Their willful ignorance to Doflamingo's crimes against the people of Dressrosa and their partaking in the criminal underworld. Their profiteering from the suffering of the people of Wano under Kaido and Orochi's rule and what they did to Alber (*King) and his people. How they treated Kuma and his loved ones and all the depraved shit that went down on God Valley, with no doubt much more to be revealed. It's like watching Luffy unload hundreds of years of pain and suffering right into Charlos's ugly face.

I think the one element of this punch that most people forget, is how the Celestial Dragons wear bubbles as to not breath the same air as common-folk That bubble is both literal and figurative., they live under a delusion that they are free of consequence, superior to all others simply by merit of being Celestial Dragons.
