Boa Hancock well if you ask me they could dodge with light speed for example but they can't think/react like this kizaru dodged whitebeards slash attack and directly strikes back kuma dodged the ghosts of perona without being seen and even enel could do in the fights with luffy but they can't think like that so enel got hit by the attack luffy does to hit the walls this octupus one kuma got surprised by zoro and kizaru fought with reyligh but even there in a kizaru fight with z he thrown a nuke like bomb to his face and he got surprised then he flashed himself away with light speed to survive and if they dodge everything it would be too op and boring
