Thank you for the kind words and encouragement. And, don't worry, I just took BA's Club Suite and Finnar's A330 Business Class from yyz-lhr and her-pek respectively. So look forward to those in the coming weeks. I've got a AC Premium economy round up coming out too. Early next year, I'm going on AC's A220 inaugural flight in business, as well as SAS's A350, Turkish's 777 and 787, as well as Lufthansa first class. My Aeroplan account is also quite healthy, I'll just have to find some free time to take a few flights, I'm considering doing the asian airlines, but we'll have to see. Lots to look forward to, glad you like my videos!

I loved the Lufthansa A380s, on my last fly onboard i was in the back on the 2nd deck and very few people around me, the young flight attendant was warm and soooooo nice! made the flight wonderful even though i was flying Proletariat Class. I also apreciate Lufthansa making people queued up instead of letting passengers turn into a Mob during boarding.

Thank you for this video. For the first time in my life later this year, I'll be flying the Queen of the Skies, and decided to treat myself to an upper deck business class seat. Great video…you’ve got a terrific dry sense of humour. You remind me of my son …except they’re at university in the States and a little younger …I even made him watch your career choice segment on your Q and A as his academic interests are similar. As far as travel, ideally flights are the kick-off point and not a torture to be endured so I’m delighted I found your terrific videos. We’ve been traveling together for fifteen years … but now he’d rather travel with his friends or girlfriend. I’m not sure why. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks for this video shocked to see that Lufthansa’s cleanliness standards left a lot to be desired. The bathroom - ick.It’s sad to see the food and everything deteriorating in business class…we’re both very invested in the quality of air travel: which is now more akin to how coach used to be before they started calling it “economy.” Even the food looked relatively unappetizing. Thanks again…and keep up your great work.

I agree, YVR is nice the last time for me was in 2015, miss my grandpa a lot. Even back then the airport was amazing both in space and art. I consider it the cleanest and most organized airport. Generally have always felt welcomed from folks in western Canada, they have that genuine warm personality, (is it the pacific vibe?) we here in the east seem to be missing. I'm in YUL and there's nothing pleasant about Dorval they now call PET airport.

I have had the chance to fly LH both First and Business. My experiences where grand. Many extra items in the bathrooms. Yes, the cabins can be warm. I recently flew Swiss Business. By the comparison to LH with your video my Swiss experience I would rate just a bit above LH, however I think theses things can always vary. I hope one day to visit the newly renovated YVR AC intl maple leaf lounge. Thank you for your video.

Huge upgrade on the old A340-300 they used to operate on the route. Also I hope your luggage arrived (unlike ours). Be warned, it took 7 months to get compensation out of LH for lost luggage

I’ve flown Lufthansa within Europe in their short haul First Class…now that I think about it…it’s always been excellent. Very clean, delicious food (usually a small meal or an elaborate snack even on a flight that lasts just about an hour…the FAs always topping off drinks and fussing in a very friendly way. Immaculately clean, too. I didn’t realize any airInes were still flying theses 747s. The last time I flew a 747 was on BA, upstairs in Business. If I remember correctly, the upstairs Business was pretty nice but that was about ten years ago. The configuration was head to toe, I remember. Did they have a duvet or pad for the seat or nice pillow? I didn’t see any. Was it just a thin blanket? It didn’t look especially comfortable.

Its 2021, & I'm looking at ways to travel on a 747 in 2022 before they disappear forever. LH is still showing them on the route I'm planning, but man, EKs J seats on their 772s on the same route sure are more enticing than LHs product. Guess I'm going to have to take one for the team & fly LH. I'm sure EKs 772s aren't going anywhere, but the 744 sure are.

I flew Business with LH last year from JFK on a 380. The hard product is seriously outdated but not uncomfortable. The food was excellent as was the service and the outstanding Entertainment system. The future for LH Business Class does not look so good. The new Business Class seats were due to be in operation with the new 777x. There is no info as to when the rest of the fleet will be fitted with the new seats. The 737MAX issue has seriously thrown Boeing back and most likely LH will not receive their first 777x before 2021 (at the earliest). The rest of the fleet would only be fitted with the new seats thereafter and would certainly take 2 years. We are therefore now looking at 2023 before the old business seats would totally disappear. By then LH will most probably be the only major airline with this antiquated seat and even worse antiquated configuration 2-2-2

I myself have Flown Lufthansa's Business Class many Times to Germany now, and I have to say Lufthansa has got to be one, if not my favorite airline ever! The Seats are amazing, the service is fantastic and the food is delicious! If you are debating what Airline you want to choose, I would always recommend Lufthansa's Business Class! Hi from Germany! And thanks for sharing yet another very good video - on my national carrier! Couldn't agree with you more. I actually released a film on Lufthansa First Class on a B747-8. Have a look! Would be great to hear what you think! But again, solo right what you're saying about their business class - seats and service and food. They don't really overdo it (that's probably why they have money left to buy up all those other competitors...) - And they rely on their extremely loyal frequent flyers (who mostly haven't ever been on another airline's business class product and defend their Lufthansa like its their own company...)

It's pride month, nothing is weird. They are the "At Ease Joggers" from Lululemon, my current top choice for airplane pants. They're really comfortable, both during the day and to sleep in. The string is made out of fabric and plastic, so no trouble from airport security, and they're thick enough if it's cold, and can be pulled up if it's hot.
