I agree it was not one of the best boxes for sure. Disappointing because this was the next box after that amazing Valentine’s Day one.

My disappointment was on the price of the Box, since it was advertise with a value of $266. Pike $46 on Luglive (release other colors), Tervis mug $17 amazon (similar) Pens $15 on Luglive, Flare 2 $24 max on Luglive, mini swizzle $12 on Luglive and I don't count the coupon because it requires me to spend more, and I don't always use them. I could have gotten all this products for less than the price that I paid.

Hello Amanda! I am so surprised by this box. I think for most, The purpose of the box is to get things that others don’t have but This looks like a box of leftovers. 😢. Those pens and tervis were the best thing in that box in my opinion. I haven’t been buying much Lug lately but I had to tell you I FINALLY got a hopper shorty on a great sale and I got watermelon. @@AmandaPerkins815I’m doing good. So blessed. Just to let you know, you can use your $100 with the $50 you got in the box. I think what people are doing is ordering over $150, putting the $50 in as a coupon and then the $100 as a gift card. And, bless it, I’m glad I didn’t. I already have the Flare 2, not a fan of the Pike, I’m swimming in Lug pens, but the mug is cute. Like you, I’m not sure about the mystery boxes in the future. I’m happy with the Valentines box, but two weeks later it was all for sale on LugLive for anyone to purchase. Not very exclusive. Well, enough negativity. I’ve got lots to be thankful for. Wow! That flare 2 was a BAD move on Lug’s part. I think it took them a long time to get rid of those bags even with huge discounts on Live. Also, for most of the bags on Live, the patterned ones like this flare 2 (bright floral?) were the last to go even at 70% off. I always enjoy your unboxing videos Amanda. They are honest and funny. And they resonate with my thoughts too. I’m not sure about the direction lug is going these days. I’m buying lots of their discounted items on Live these days before the brand morphs into something totally different. I think their designs were at their best about 5 years ago. I agree that some of their best bags are the older ones. I would love to see some old bags be brought back in matte luxe!!! I honestly kind of wonder now if Lug was trying to offload their old stuff they couldn’t sell and see how it went over. I feel like maybe they were a little prepared for some backlash from this. One problem for me, is Lugs prices have gone up over the last 3 or so years. So what they consider a $120 bag is worth about $50 to me. I really would like to order the summer box 2024 tomorrow but I'm not sure yet. I got an email this morning and their few days of sales has the Galley portfolio bag at $26. It was originally over $100 so what really is the value. If they put this bag in tomorrows box is it worth $26 or over $100.

@@ojonwafers7028 I got the Summer Sunset. I'm hoping for something Aloha. I got married in Hawaii and I love anything associated with Hawaii. So I have bought every mystery box since the beginning. I have a playlist that includes all of them. You can kind of see that one box might be a bust then the next might be so good. For me the Valentine's Day box was great, everyone was pumped for the Mother's Day box and it was horrible. So maybe since this is the next one it will be good. I think my favorite box so far has been the Summer box from a couple years ago so hoping this one is good!

I got this box and was soooo disappointed especially after the great valentines box. Usually the box will give a clue so i was looking for purple and butterflies. Oh well. I agree with another commenter that it feels like a clearance drop. I hope it was planned this way. The notice of disappointment came out fast snd i didn't receive my box for almost a week. Not sure i will use any of the items. Hope i can find something to use the gift cards on. Keep up the great videos.

Yea I wonder if they had planned all along to do a "clearance drop" and see how it went over. If it wasn't well received then they already had a plan in place 🤷🏻‍♀. I do know this is my last box. No reason to take the gamble when there isn't anything in it that isn't available elsewhere for cheaper. Have a great day!!

Oof! I would have been disappointed with that box too. I agree with your thoughts. I HATE the pattern of that Flare. I returned my Pike. I find it difficult to use my phone through that plastic window. I’ve tried it before with the peekaboo. Didn’t work for me then, doesn’t work for me now. The only thing I really would have been pleased with would have been that Tervis mug. Pens - sure. Coupon, yeah, but you only benefit from that if you spend MORE money. 👎

If Lugnuts wanted the Flare 2 Bag they would have bought it two years ago. The Pike doesn’t function properly to use a phone through the plastic window … makes me shake my head in disbelief that this was a mystery box.
