We dont have capitalism in modern America, nor do we have free markets. What we have is more akin to oligarchy, in Barney team - socialism for a segment of oligarchs. This is our 2nd Gilded Age, first was industrial this one is digital (internet economy, globalization). The only thing oligarchs fear is actual free markets capitalism, where their capital (assets) are actually at risk from competition and rule of law (as much of their wealth is nothing sort of legalized crime, loop holes).

@frederickmiles88153 күн бұрын
@ Don’t confuse monetary inflation with price inflation - why it matters is policy to address the risk has to focus on root cause. Modern price inflation is driven by monetary deflation, meaning due to the cost of debt and failure of existing debt (bankruptcies, high consumer debt) firms produce less and charge more. This is more akin to 1929 (depression) than an inflationary recession. For instance, Fed / Treasury worked with DHS to open borders and paid NGOs out to round up bodies to push here illegally to kill wage inflation (as those folks are basically slave labor). They are trying to reduce cost of manufacturing by killing wage growth. A lot of risk currently is being driven by the complete financialization of the global economy as the dollar eats the world currencies.

Unfortunately for him, his days may be numbered due to the amount of people who supported him and the lack of empathy most felt for the CEO. 1. He likely be denied bail not so much of being a flight risk but to mitigate his influence and avoid an embarrassing situation of a shooter being bonded out by a collective of people 2. With his name out, legacy media will go through his information and try to find anything in order to smear him and distract us in order to stop talking about how bad the healthcare insurance industry. They'll use anything that they think can stick [his age, education, ethnicity, etc.] along with buzzwords they trained people to react to in order to create division. 3. You'll likely have a few politicians and political commentators now speak on the shooting with the sole focus of condemning the shooter while walking around the issue of healthcare entirely. You're are more likely to see them try to label the shooter as a far-left or far-right individual then throw blame at the other side for this happening rather than bring up any investigations, studies or law regarding reforming the healthcare industry. Considering the amount of resources they put into finding him and how every news outlet was working overtime to spin our disdain for the United Healthcare CEO and healthcare insurance as wild or irrational, it wouldn't surprise me if we hear that he's found dead in his cell some time later

You'll never have it. You won't fight for it and nothing comes without a fight. Luigi is the Hero you need, not the Hero you deserve. In one month you'll forget about him and his sacrifice was for naught. You'll keep paying astronomical health insurance premiums, the insurance companies will keep giving you the 🖕 when you need it and you'll do nothing. Luigi had alot to lose, he took the risk and lost it all, yet americans who have nothing to lose keep cowaring and doing nothing.
@suedoughnim66653 күн бұрын
One person’s definition of justice is another person’s definition of terrorism. Look up the formal definition of the latter. It says nothing about which “side” you’re on. If you want to use the “justice” argument you can’t have it both ways. A Trump sympathizing lone wolf can use the same argument because they believe their actions are just.
