I think I finally found the trick, after like 20 years. Spin in a circle, letting ice out of the vacuum upwards. I think I two-cycled him this time around.

God this game fits the vhs/crt degradation vibe so fucking well, there will never be another Luigi’s Mansion 1. I really love Next Level Games but they need to get the core team back.

Pro tip: if you constantly alternate between just a puff of ice and vaccuum, the boos you chase **in the mansion** are caught for a while in a sort of loop. They eventually get away from you if they have a decent hp number, but if done right your chasing of the boos should be shortened tremendously from just using the vaccuum alone. Discovered this a long time ago by accident and it occurred to me again watching this video. You're welcome!

I've found that the best way to get the last boo is to simply shoot him with ice rather than spray him with ice, since he avoid you pretty well.

By the way this is being shown, it does look easy. But believe me, I am very good at this game. When I first encountered Boolossus, I kept dying. It's very deceiving. This boss is very hard the first time. But after a while, it gets easy. :))))))))

I love this game! It's not bad at all! My favourite gamecube game alongside Super Mario Sunshine! :))) We just need a sequel to Super Mario Sunshine on the 3DS of the WIi U to make me happy. :)
