That mosquito emerging out of the water was kind of scary to me when I was a kid, yet also mystifying and somewhat inspiring

En el inizio, el mosquito desde el frente parece una specie di alienígena místico, vestido de velos. At the beginning, the mosquito's front view looks like a sort of mystical alien dressing veils.
