Basically, the story is about the life of the nurses that went to Melilla (a place in Africa) to open a Military Hospital in the times of the European war for Africa. It's actually a pretty cool story! It's on Netflix with English subtitles.

@@KD-jy2tn She is Luis's wife, well, ex-wife. What was happen is that she lied to him, and she was actually pregnant with another man, not being Luis the father of the baby. When he found out about it, he broke up with her. On the other hand, Pilar and Luis are together again, because in the past they were a couple, and Luis's ex-wife is very jealous for that. I recommend the series, 100/10, it is very interesting, dramatic and romantic. Really excellent 😊👏👏
