In this video, I explain that client relationship building skills are essential to learning how to approach potential clients. In my experience, you will have a much better chance of selling your product or service to a customer if they know you and are primed BEFORE you make your sales call.
If you can hone your client relationship building skills and establish rapport with your customers before you make the sale, you will have a very high chance of success because they will already be excited about you and your product. And if not, you will at least know enough about them to determine whether or not they are serious enough to be worth your while.
However, knowing how to approach potential clients is only the first part of making a sale. The second part requires knowing how to make an effective sales call.
To make an effective sales call, make sure that you´re having a conversation. If you read from a script, your words will most likely sound formulaic. To have a real conversation, get to know your customer. Spend a good 20-30 minutes just asking them about what their problem is, how they´ve tried to solve it in the past, and why they want it solved. Then explain how your framework can help them.
Sometimes, potential clients are afraid to make an investment. Rather than trying to overcome their objection, figure out what they´re really afraid of. Failing? Not getting results? This will help you determine if you can move forward with them.
Your client relationship building skills will be essential to finding new clients. But once you learn how to approach potential clients, learning to make confident sales calls will help you cement those relationships and fill your business with paying customers.

I love this advice because talking to client like a normal conversation and find out what their needs is better than doing a traditional sale where you pressure clients to buy your product or program

"I had built a relationship BEFORE the sales call" ... PURE GOLD!!! Yes! Like one of my favorite internet marketer personalities always says, "The sale is made when the bond is made". When someone feels connected to you and has already gotten a lot of value from you, the sale of the thing you're offering is almost an after-thought. Only 2 mins into the video and you're already dropping some knowledge!!! Thank you, Luisa! 😀

No matter their title/position they are all human. Remember to talk to them like anyone else, don't be scared, and remember to push the pain and sell the pleasure! people don't like the pain they will feel if you discuss it for long enough they will engage with the pleasure ( get them to envisage what good looks like and then go tell them how you can help them get that)

Sales isn’t about being “smooth”. It’s offering a solution to a problem/need, and giving them an offer to say yes/no to.

Woah congrats that's incredible I'm working on my way to find a part time job and being an introvert doesn't set me up for the requirements of having great communication with my employer, employees and the customers. I'm totally skilled in labor work and a quick learner. I'm trying to improve on myself and was thinking about joining the military since I don't have the money for college plus the benefits of discipline and other money things. If you're still around, I would really value and take in any impactful advice you're willing to give. And again keep up the good work and keep working hard

Even back when I was a hired sales rep, I just felt so dirty about cold calling people/businesses even though I knew for sure I was providing value. So glad its not just me!
