I agree with you Luis. When I saw Peru with her outfit, it's like she is just attending a regular occasion or party or whatever. She didn't make an effort to wear for the theme of the La Catrinas whicj is actually the celebration of Day of The Dead. I think you missed Dominican Republic, her outfit is one of the best and she ranks number one in other pageant reviewers and vlogger. But I agree with you, Chelsea nailed that outfit and performance.
