Can police law enforcement still certify if the case is in DA’s office or then we have to request DA’s? My lawyer applied to nypd year ago and when I am so close to get I was pre approved while on checking I told officer I am helping DA currently and he suddenly said oh no now we can’t provide you have to request DA.i was shocked i been waiting from one year is it true or its misinformation please reply .
