Yes I heard this 1st time in 1957 or 1958. Missioners came back from Africa telling us of this song. I was 6 to 7yrs old. Lord come by here. we sang KUM BA YA 4 parts 1st some one crying, 2nd some one is praying, 3rd some one singing, 4th people are rejoyceing LORD There is hope in praying.
