Everyone on the panel says that the Mavs and Luka will make adjustments and that will automatically improve his scoring as well as the rest of the team. Nick says that means the Mavs win because they had "quality" shots that they simply missed. But wait. Who says that the Warriors won't make adjustments as well to lessen the number of quality shots by the Mavs? Why is any predicted adjustments and improvements only on the Mavs side? Why do these guys assume that the Warriors will be stagnant in their game plans and adjustments? Who is to say that the Warriors will not improve their play more than what the Mavs will be doing? If the Warriors do improve their play, then the Mavs do not stand a chance. So far, Steve Kerr in his coaching career has proved to be highly creative and innovative and effective.

I don't think these first 2 games matter at all for Dallas honestly. Dallas is gonna perform well at home, so it is really just about GSW defending their home court. Dallas has everything to gain from stealing one on the road and GSW has everything to lose. If Dallas loses, cool, we've been there before and beat the best team in the west with that start last round. If Dallas wins then there is insane pressure put onto the Warriors and the series becomes very exciting from there.
