I say we need to relax, Luka & the mavs weren’t even supposed to be in this finals, this dude overachieved, it’s a learning experience & he will be back. I never understood why gas bags thought passion and aggression were bad for basketball. I always cared more about basketball than anyone I played with and I always wore my heart on my sleeve and that ended up ruining my Highschool basketball career because my coach wouldn’t play me until I “got my emotions under control” but the reality is I care too much about basketball to not show my passion and love for the game. This seems kind of silly. First of all, he’s only 25. I think Jordon was 27 or 28 when he won his first championship. Secondly, look at his team. How are they even in the finals? Take Luka away, and how many games do they win. Even Jordon couldn’t win without Pippen. If you swapped Luka with ant Celtic, would the Mavs be better or worse? Otoh with such a swap, don’t the Celtics just crush everyone?
