When you talk about All-round offensive player, He's by far the most skilled player in the league, and by quite a margin. His shooting, His footwork, Dribble and ball-handling, His IQ in the paint not to mention his passing. Luka is a great player when you look at volume scoring but, as an all-round (offensive) package, Jokic is better. That's not just my opinion, the stats agree with me as well. I don't know if you can say Luka's skill is a 'wide margin' better than Jokic when the offensive ratings say a completely different thing. Jokic leads the league with a 125 and Luka has a 115. In fact, Jokic has lead the league in offensive rating in 4 consecutive years now. If you were to say, "Luka is the best fit for the Harlem Globetrotters." I would agree. But in the NBA, skill is defined by efficiency and winning.

The fact that Luka averages significantly more points (34.7 vs. 26.0) and at the same time more assissts (9.8 vs. 9.2) compared to Nikola should be considered. When it comes to the career comparisons I honestly don't know how these are calculated. Besides the fact that Darel Carrier has played in the 60s and his stats are therefore not really compareble he is not even close in his career numbers (20.0 PTS, 3.4 TRB, 2.6 AST vs. Luka's 28.6 PTS, 8.6 TRB, 8.2 AST).
