Lucina A. Crynn so I personally slowed it down first to get the movements, and then once I got it done, I would try to increase the speed a bit more each time. So start at .25, then 0.5, etc etc. Also when you listen to the song in your free time just imagine the movements in your head and if no one is around do them. Like I do them while waiting in a red light in traffic lmao
