If it makes you feel any better, I had watched one of your videos last week and really liked it, and I have seen thousands of KZbin music videos. But I just realized today, that you were the offspring of a famous musician. I do have a Willie story. He played a New Years Eve party in Houston Texas around 1983 or 1984, at The SUMMIT. I was walking around the corner of the stage to just admire the stage set. ( I had seen him perform at least once before in the basketball gym at Texas A&M University, around 1981 ). Anyways, in a dark corner, stood Willie right there, all alone. I was wearing a white top hat, that I had worn to my high-school senior prom, and the hat had a red-bandana on it, that read "Willie Nelson." I gave him the hat, and he gave it back, and said to me that he liked it, and to "just toss it up to me after the show starts." So I did. He wore it in front of about 20,000 screaming fans and sang two songs, one of which was Blue Eyes Cryin in the Rain. My buddies were flabbergasted. A Houston Oiler footballl player. who was famous at the time, named Earl Campbell, was on stage next to Willie, and they sang a song together as the confetti and balloons dropped. Willie gave Mr. Campbell the hat. Mr. Campbell wore the top-hat on the next song, and then flung it into the audience. I am sure somebody has that top-hat today, and cherishes it.
