If going to mass is going to harass a person to distraction and the priests are not willing to deal properly with the persecutors, then they have made the situation intolerable joining in harassment, and certainly not the environment Jesus is advising a person to go to. It is better to stay home and when the demon tries to get back in do not let it catch you not engaged in Some form of Spiritual Communion, meditating on God, praying to God, always thinking about God, just as St Paul says singing in your heart to God, and then there is no way that any demon can get back in, and it will have to leave!!!!
