One time I had to apologize to church, cause they brought old things that I have said in the past which I repented from, I said forgive me if I said anything to you in the past, I don't live in the past no one more , I believe the enemy was trying to break our church of lies from others causing me to look bad in the church group, now I'm on different church I thank God for finding me a new church which takes sins serious, talks about repentance, forgiveness. It says to elevate the issue to the church leaders and ask for help. This is certainly complicated if you and they aren't in the same church, but we suggest you start with your local church leadership.
