Jesus calls himself the beginning of the creation of God (Revelation 3:14): Yes, Jesus himself is the first that was brought forth from the inactiveness of God’s foreknowledge and was given life from God (John 5:26, John 6:57). Jesus calls his Father God over and over again…so much so that it is _impossible_ to miss it unless they do not have God’s Holy Spirit to reveal the truth. Instead, they remain blinded by Satan and immersed in their own misconceptions. Jesus said “to him that overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God, and write upon him the new name of my God, and the city of my God which is new Jerusalem which comes down from heaven from my God” (Revelation 3:12). Just as Jesus speaks in Revelation 3:8, only those who have kept his word, and have not denied his name, but say the same as he has said, only they shall overcome. Jesus is *NOT* God.
