I need a moment to gather my emotions. This is wow. I always thought this song was strongly Luke/rory but oh man, Luke/jess. Not gonna a lie but my favorite family relationships ship on the show honestly. They're so relatable and realistic and tug at your heart. And this is perfect. Luke was exactly who jess needed and a big part of why he grew up and became this great man is bc of his uncle who loved him and even when they "hated" each other, he was taking care of him. I love this so much.

Thank you for this. I really love seeing videos of their relationship, because Luke was a good guiding force in Jess' life. One that I think lead him on the right path. Plus the song is amazing.

When Luke told Jess he was always there for him Jess knew he really meant it. Luke always loved Jess even when he had to push him away and Jess knew that. Jess would never have became the man he was without Luke's influence and love.
