Funny when I first heard this song and then Brad Paisley's This is Country Music, I thought this song was where he got his "Amarillo by Morning" reference. It was still a couple months before I found the real Amarillo by Morning song.

@ripernie He don't ride them much anymore, and its because he is to busy producing events, etc. He used to ride a lot from what I heard from many a good source. And apparently was damn good at it. You shouldn't be so quick to judge considering the limited information you apparently have. Hes a good guy from the experience I have had knowing him.

i dont ride, but i set up and work at rodeos, all over the west coast. i know the riders, bull fighters, and stock contracters. and i will be talking to the person that puts on music to get them to play this song.
