His attempt at alibi crumbled, he had none. He was seen elsewhere at that time. Abundance of evidence re missing clothing and knife. Ms Lean did not attend the trial, has little in the way of transcripts, never had access his original defence had. Not seen every statement nor had access to them. Is still pushing out clear disinformation around the testimony of SM and much more? It has taken until 2024 for others to gain access to transcripts before they have gotten a glimpse at Luke Mitchells first account given in the early hours of July 1st. We can see why Luke Mitchell kept this hidden for all these years. It speaks volumes when the claimed innocent has been keeping things "hidden" from public view in respect of his own personal data. He is the one who should have made everything transparent in respect of himself.

Why are you spreading lies? Oh that's correct, it is all you can do, engulfed in absolute nonsense. Luke Mitchell was the 1st to speak of a physical search, the 1st to be galloping off to RDP. There was no request, it was his own suggestion to do so. 10:50pm tells Jodi's mother he is off to search the path. Where was Shane? He claimed he borrowed a torch off him, yet Shane Mitchell stated in court he knew nothing of anything being amiss until the early hours of July 1st when woken by his mother from the station. Where was his mother when he made that offer to search the path to Jodi's mother? That he claimed he was heading to the Jones house, yet his mother made no attempt to reach him there when he repeatedly blanked all attempts from her to reach him? 11pm, he tells Jodi's mother he is on/at the path, he does not meet with the others until after 11:20pm, the path is a 10min walk. He held back when he learnt others were heading there, made his way to the top of the path after the 11:17pm call. Meets with the others around the Gino spot and 5 `1/2 mins later he claims that miraculous find. - So, out with that full statement taken in the early hours of July 1st. let's all see it in full? There you have it, the truth over your blatant fallacy - Luke Mitchell initiated a physical search all by himself. Literally and physically, so it would seem. No brother to go with him, no mother. Clearly not home then, because as you infer, what adults in their right mind would let a 14yr old go off in the night himself and not go with him? Terrible, isn't it just? 10:50pm initiates a physical search by himself. Stated he was going to search the path then make his way to the Jones house. His own actions, his own initiation. 11pm states he is on/at the path. 11:05pm 3 others head to Easthouses. 11pm - 11:18pm communication between parties and police. 11:17pm communication with LM. 11:18pm communication with JaJ's. 11:20pm police arrive at the Jones house. 11:22pm approx - 3 arrive at the top of RDP, LM sees them and them him via torchlight. 11:23/24pm - Physically the 4 are together. 11:24/25pm head off as a party of 4 together. 11:30pm approx and LM has entered the woodland and shouting out he has found his "something" The body of Jodi Jones had been hidden some 43ft west of the V break in the wall, within the woodland, behind "a large oak tree" stated/described by LM? 5 1/2 mins - Not in the woodland but upon that path cut off by that high, thick, dry stone dyke, the distance itself approx a 5min walk on the path side to the V break. He already went directly to the wall at the Gino spot. Amazing, isn't it just? From 10:50pm where he initiated a search by himself directly to the path, the vicinity near to where the girls body had been hidden. By 11:30pm he claims that miraculous find. - Do wake the hell up. And that is only a fraction of the context.

The more you read and learn about this case, the more unbelievable the outcome is. Even if he did commit the crime…the amount of misconduct and mistakes made by the police, he shouldn’t have even been charged…never mind convicted. So much failure between police, PF and courts. Was there any input from the children’s hearing?

Sandra is fighting for an independent enquiry into the investigation of Luke’s conviction and the evidence from that investigation was what was used at court so I’m not interested in exact words said at court - I’m interested in a very wrong investigation and conviction. I have done my own research and could have told you years ago that the transcripts were available if I knew that’s all you were interested in. You’re certainly not helping Luke with your attitude that’s for sure. Sandra and his thousands of supporters will continue to do what we can to bring justice for Luke. It would be good if someone actually studied the case and what led to luke being found guilty rather than just shouting he's innocent let him out. The police don't just arrest 14 year boys for listening to music they don't like. Some of Luke's army are extremely naive. Just because he wasn't covered in blood 6 hours after the crime doesn't mean he's innocent!
