Luke & Noah's story - ATWT - Part 160

Noah pushes Ameera away and tells her this can't happen. She cries, and Noah calls Luke for help. They discuss the problem until Ameera comes out of the bedroom with a bag and declares that she's returning home to Iraq. Luke persuades her not to and they decide, instead, to have Luke move into the cottage. He leaves, kissing Noah on the way out, and returns with a birthday cake. As Ameera blows out the candles, she wishes for her friends to be very happy as Luke and Noah smile at her.

I love the beginning when Holden is teasing Luke saying "I guess it wasn't any fun buying a birthday present for your boyfriend's wife" and "He's probably looking for some birthday candles." They have such a great father/son relationship. I also love how Nuke's so much more touchy feely with each other, particularly the end when Luke is kind of leaning on Noah and they're touching heads.

May most people can't see this, but with the Ameera storyline the writers are also showing what GREAT men both Luke and Noah are. Becuase i ve had it with some biggots telling that gay are afraid of women of have a problem with them. Look how both of these big kids defend this girl. They even put their personal happiness just to help her. Overall, i love this message!

Why is it everytime Luke and Noah kisses each other, my body was in FULL SHOCK! I think this whole thing is turning me into somewhat really gay, but I really love this show! And did a hard laugh when Ameera blew the candle. Seems like Luke and Noah made sure that the candles were blown because of their sharp eyes. :) Thumbs up! :)

Finally ATWT is being more accepting with Luke and NOah as a REAL couple. I think that they finally decided to get with the times and start promoting realism instead of trying to please the others, because lets face it, them trying to please others resulted in one phoney story on the physical aspect. his is brilliant though! Blimey another kiss. I almost can't believe it and all this gestures between Luke and Noah. Finally, it seems like this Luke and Noah story has finally grown to where it should have long been. Yay! Finally more kissing! And I honestly feel bad for Ameera now. It can't be easy for her, but I like that she's now able to accept that Noah's just not (at all) into girls. And I def think that Noah and Luke should share a room. After all, it's just a little switch. They could always have Ameera leave some femenine signs in the room in case the ICE drop in. Although "Luke's" room might look too femenine to the ICE... but we can overlook that. :P

Well, Ameera just may turn out to be an asset, if the writers have planned what I think they have in mind. IF she is working for Noah's dad, when he returns, she might just be on Luke and Noah's side after seeing just how much they love each other and defend them. Would make for an interesting plot twist if he again tries to go after Luke and instead gets her. From there, would be easy for the writers to developer her OWN storyline. Perhaps her and Casey?

I liked the affection between them in this episode...but the story was pretty awkward. It just didn't make sense how Luke was so worried before and then Ameera kisses Noah and he doesn't even care. It's not that big of a deal after the initial shock of it, but you'd think Luke would have been a little upset at first. But whatever I'm not complaining...I'm just thrilled at where the story is finally going. I Love LOAH!!!
