Luke & Noah's story - ATWT - Part 415

The awful writing continues. Here's what I don't get. Luke and Noah can't even be around each other in the privacy of their own home because Dr. Satan said so?
Speaking of the doctor, why is he fooling around with Henry and Katie instead of performing Noah's surgery? That was the main reason he was brought here. It's been weeks and he hasn't even started. DO THE DAMN SURGERY!!
Someone asked me if I would upload the scenes between Dr. Prick, Henry and Katie. I'll try to have them up later tonight but I don't plan on making a habit of it.
